Nannyberry Sweet Viburnum

In stock · from $33.99

A large shrub with glossy green leaves and clusters of white flowers in spring. Flowers can mature to deep blue-black drupes of fruit that can be made into jam or jelly or left on the plant for birds and wildlife to consume. Fall color can vary depending on weather and be anything from unnoticeable yellow to bright reddish purple. A suckering habit means this plant will eventually spread but can be pruned back. Can be useful in naturalizing areas or filling large spaces. Blooms on old wood, prune after flowering to prevent removal of the next year's buds. Can withstand occasional drought but does best with moderate amounts of water.
