Hollywood Asian Plum Fruit Tree
Prunus x salicina 'Hollywood'
Asian Plum Fruit Tree
In stock · from $141.99
Covered in fragrant, soft pink blossoms in spring and sporting red to burgundy leaves throughout the growing season, this compact, semi-dwarf fruit tree packs a punch in a small space. Somewhat self-fertile, meaning you can get fruit with just a single tree though yields will be higher with another plum tree like 'Superior' for pollination. Medium sized, sweet and slightly tart, red-fleshed fruits are great for fresh eating and ripen around August. Can be prone to borers, frequent treatment will keep your tree healthy. Yearly pruning and thinning the fruits produces higher quality yields year after year.
