Veitchii Boston Ivy
Parthenocissus tricuspidata 'Veitchii'
Boston Ivy
Currently unavailable
Smaller leaves have less defined lobes than the species with better fall color. Leaves emerging in spring will have a purple-bronze color before aging to a lustrous darker green. Barely noticeable flowers will turn into blue-black berries that birds love. Tolerant of drought, urban pollution and poor soil. Can also be used as a groundcover. Suggested to prevent climbing trees as it can out compete leaves. Prune to keep within desired parameters.
