Cold-hardy prickly pear cactus developed in Denver, CO for cold hardiness and tested in Arizona for heat tolerance as well. Tends to be nearly spineless but does have glochids (short bristles that will detach from the paddle). Remain short and will spread freely but slowly enough to contain easily. Do not over water. Requires dry or well draining soil.
