Loebner Magnolia
Currently unavailable
Tested and introduced by North Dakota Stae University, this variety is proven to withstand cold weather and late frosts to still bloom reliably year after year. More adaptable to higher pH levels with leaves that resistant scorching in summer heat. In spring, pink buds open to fragrant, blush white blooms with slender petals. With a dense, well-branched form that is nearly pest free, this new introduction is well worth trying as a small specimen tree or as a foundation planting.
