Large, deep rosy-violet buds open into goblet shaped flowers, revealing creamy white interiors that give off a strong, floral citrus scent. Develops a broad spreading, open habit when mature. Best in moist, slightly acidic soils that do not stay overly wet. A late frost may damage flowers bud, preventing flowering on occasion. A perfect specimen or tree for small spaces.
