Hypericum calycinum 'Brigadoon'
St. John's Wort
Currently unavailable
New foliage in spring is copper-hued gold that ages to an eye catching chartreuse and then a bright green that holds through the year. As the foliage color settles, bright yellow flowers begin blooming. Can be tough to establish but is a hardy plant and tolerates drought. Do not overwater. May remain evergreen in warmer winter climates. Great as a ground cover, low border or natural looking transitions into wooded areas.
