St. Ola Hardy Geranium Cranesbill
Geranium x cantabrigiense 'St. Ola'
Hardy Geranium Cranesbill
Currently unavailable
With larger flowers, an extended bloom time, and more dense habit, St. Ola is a great replacement for Biokovo. Flowers open white and tinge pink with age. Dense, textured foliage creates a wonderful groundcover beneath the rising flowers that bloom heavily in summer and sporadically until frost. Drought tolerant when established but best foliage and flowering occurs with consistent light irrigation. Spreads slowly by rhizomes but does not spread aggressively and has sterile flowers. Foliage turns red when nights are cool.
