A low-growing mat of green leaves interspersed with small white flowers and tiny bright red berries through summer. Thrives in partial shade with fertile, alkaline soils. Can tolerate full shade but my not flowers or produce fruit. Fruits are sweet and delicious though rather small. A great ground cover, border, or container filler.
