First Love™ Pinks Carnation
Dianthus 'First Love™'
Pinks Carnation
Currently unavailable
Narrow, blue-green foliage in a tidy mound is typically evergreen in all but the coldest winters. Lightly fragrant ruffled flowers open white and slowly age to a deep pink. Blooms start in late spring and last through the summer. May need some protection from the hottest summer sun in dry locations, or blooming will be reduced. Cut back spent blooms to encourage heavier repeat blooming.
