Double Blue-Purple Mounding Clematis

Currently unavailable

Low-growing and mounding, this floriferous clematis will retain a nice form without needing to climb. Abundant double purple blooms from late spring into early fall. Great for containers and small spaces. The mounding foliage shades the roots, though it will still have a better performance when planted in cooler full sun areas.
