Clusters of fragrant draping white flowers are abundant in late spring followed by clusters of olive-like fruits that turn a bluish-black in fall and are a favorite for birds and other wildlife. Leaves are large, rich green, leathery and semi-glossy. Foliage turns yellow in the fall and exfoliating gray-green bark adds winter interest. Do not allow soil to dry out completely.
