striking medium-sized tree with a pyramidal growth habit, featuring horizontal branches adorned with bright silvery-blue needles. Its rich blue color persists year-round, making it a captivating landscape accent, particularly during the winter. It's relatively low-maintenance and typically doesn't require pruning, though it can tolerate it. With a mature height and spread of around 30 feet, it's a versatile choice for accents and vertical focal points in the garden. Thriving in full sunlight, this tree adapts to various soil types, but it must avoid standing water. It's also somewhat tolerant of urban conditions and benefits from a sheltered planting location. Does well in alkaline soils.
