This variety produces large, globe-like, 3 to 3.5-inch flowers in mid-to-late summer. The pale lilac florets persist for many weeks and, as they fade, leave behind spherical seed heads. No special winter care is needed. Pruning is not required, but you can trim the stems after it has finished flowering if desired.
