Utah Agave
Currently unavailable
Rosettes of thick, spined, long succulent foliage are evergreen. When mature, about 10 to 12 years, a single flower stalk can rise up to 10 feet tall and is highly attractive to pollinators. The main plant will die after flowering, but small offshoots can develop and establish or be moved. Needs little to no irrigation once established. Avoid planting in areas that stay wet through winter. Caution should be used when planting as spines and leaf tips can cause injury. Native to Southern Utah.
